Located directly above the 21 Ridge Event space are two stylish apartments that can also be rented out based on availability. Our apartments have the perfect mixture of a modern style mixed with peace and tranquility, steps away from the Glens Falls civic center, restaurants, shops and bars.
Our unit has 1 Queen bed in the bedroom and a new/very comfy pull-out couch in the second story living room. To get to the unit you will have to climb a flight of stairs to the porch. The lower level of the apartment is an open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a professional Viking cooktop, oven, large 2 bay sink and dishwasher. Perfect for entertaining. The second level of the apartment has a second living room with pull out couch, bathroom with a soak tub, stand up tile shower, two sinks and washer and dyer. The main bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a storage closet. This apartment is cozy for a one night stay or a longer rental.
